Start with a guided Pilates session to build strength and ease tension, followed by a calming walk to soak in the evening light. Then sit down for a delicious BBQ and sundowners – the ideal way to unwind and enjoy the season.:
🔹 6:00 PM – Welcome & Refreshing Drink
Arrive, grab your welcome drink, and get ready to kick off the evening with a burst of energy!
🔹 6:15 PM – Fitness and Pilates Session
A dynamic, energising Fitness & Pilates session to get your body moving, stretch your muscles, and focus on strength and flexibility.
🔹 7:30 PM – Sunset Walk
Take a relaxed, scenic stroll as the sun sets, with the perfect chance to cool down, enjoy the fresh air, and take in stunning countryside.
🔹 8:15 PM – BBQ & Social Time
Enjoy a BBQ dinner including locally sourced meats and seasonal salads.
