About me

  1. Experience
I’ve worked in the industry for ten years; I’ve worked in startups, boutique health clubs and big chain gyms.
    —————————————————

  2. Keeping it fun
I like to keep it fun! Exercising consistently with a community you like is far more successful in the long term than the restrictive carb-cutting, shake-based fad diets.
    —————————————————

  3. Simplicity is key
Staying fit and healthy is easier than Instagram, magazines and the health columns lead you to believe. You don’t need special equipment, fancy plans or point systems, just a pair of trainers and a water bottle! —————————————————
