Itinerary
9:30 AM – 9:45 AM: Welcome Drink
- Welcome drink. 
- Meet the group and get ready for a fun, active morning. 
9:45 AM – 10:15 AM: Fitness Session
- Kick off with a Fitness session, open to all levels. 
- We’ll focus on a mix of bodyweight exercises and cardio to get you moving and energised. 
- Expect a fun, friendly workout that gets your heart pumping! 
10:15 AM – 10:45 AM: Pilates
- Focusing on core strength, flexibility, and balance. 
- The session will be mindful and restorative—perfect for de-stressing. 
- No previous Pilates experience is needed. 
10:45 AM – 11:30 AM: Walk & Stretch
- Take a relaxed walk in the local area, enjoying some fresh air and a chance to unwind. 
11:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Brunch
- Refuel with a nutritious brunch, including a range of healthy and seasonal dishes. 
- A great time to chat and relax after a busy morning. 
12:30 PM: Goodbye & Small Gift
- Before you go, take home a small gift, a little something to remember the day.
