11:00 - Pilates. And breath… Time to slow down, breath, stretch and unwind.

11:30 - Post Workout Snack

11:45 - Winter’s Walk. We are heading outdoors, taking in the beautiful surroundings and connecting with nature.

10:45 - Hester will lead you through a 40 minute group fitness class and stretch. (Suitable for all fitness levels)

11:30 - Wrap up warm! We are heading out on a brisk winter’s walk.

12:15 - Wellness for Winter Talk and Massage demonstration with Ros. 

13:00 -  Time for a well deserved, delicious and warming meal. Fill your plate and enjoy lunch after a morning of energising exercise. 

About Hester : I am a level 3 personal trainer and baking addict!  I have always been interested in fitness, being outdoors, and feeling healthy. For me being outdoors and exercising go hand in hand. I love the countryside, no matter what the weather! There is nothing more energising than stepping out into the fresh air and getting a sweat on. There is something about being outside that detaches you from the stresses of life and brings you back down to earth. 

About Ros: 

I first qualified as a massage therapist in 1999, then moving into sports and remedial massage in 2002.  I began working and providing companies with on-site massage.  

I began my career as a massage therapist in Selfridges (London) and have over the years worked in many different environments, such as Holmes Place Health Club at Reaqua Spa, Farmacia Urban Healing in Covent Garden and other workplaces like office environments. I also worked at the Stock Exchange! I found that I had developed many fields of interests in my work.

Nutrition is the latest health subject I have studied since 2012.  I have been able to assist with clients health concerns by giving nutritional advice and listening to what their concerns are when it comes to eating the right foods and taking supplements. The latest study I have completed is nutritional therapy.  This enables me to assist with ailments that can be helped with food.  

We sometimes neglect ourselves and need some time to regain ourselves.  This is what I do; my approach is to be kind to yourself and listen to your body.

New Beginnings with Hester and Yana

Start the year right with a day of fitness, stretch & meditation, new year goal setting all followed by a nutritious lunch.

Our day will start at 10:30am where you will be welcomed with a warming mulled mocktail.

At 10:45am Hester will lead you through a group fitness session. This will be a fun and relaxed fitness session suitable for all. 

At 11:30am We will take a breather and enjoy some homemade treats.  

Starting at 11.45am We will unwind and relax during 30 minutes of stretching and meditation with Yana.

At 12:15 It’s time to pick up a pen! We have cleared our minds and are now ready to think about what goals we want to set ourselves for 2022!

At 12:45 Hester and Nina will have prepared a delicious and nutritious lunch buffet. Fill your plate and enjoy lunch after a morning of energising exercise. 

The event will draw to a close at 2:30pm.

Should a national lockdown take place all guests will be fully refunded or offered an alternative date.

Autumn Wellness and Feast with Hester, Britt and Yana

A day of wellness including an Autumn walk and fitness with Hester, yoga with Diana and a nutrition workshop ‘Eat well to feel well” with Britt…all followed by harvest feast!

Our day will start at 10:30am where you will be welcomed with our homemade sparkling apple mocktail.

At 10:45am we will leave for our Autumn walk and light fitness session with Hester. This will be a fun and relaxed fitness session suitable for all. 

At 11:30am we will take a breather, enjoy some treats whilst Brittany leads a Nutrition workshop titled ‘Eat well to feel well’ followed by a Q&A, have your questions ready! 

Starting at 12.00am Diana will lead you through a 60 minute slow flow yoga stretch. We will begin gently, moving to some standing poses and ending with a relaxation and short meditation.

At 12:45 Hester and Nina will have prepared a delicious and nutritious lunch buffet. Fill your plate and enjoy lunch after a morning of energising exercise. 

The event will draw to a close at 2:30pm.

Should a national lockdown take place all guests will be fully refunded or offered an alternative date.

My undergraduate degree was in Sport and Exercise Sciences which is where my interest in sports nutrition comes from and I am a SENr Graduate registrant

About Diana: I love teaching yoga and hope to encourage more people to enjoy the amazing benefits of yoga. I teach Hatha yoga but have practised various styles and I am also interested in Meditation and Yoga Therapy and have done further study in this area. I have been practising yoga for over 20 years and qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga (500 hours) ten years ago.

PILATES PICNIC & PIMMS

Set in the glorious countryside of South Oxfordshire, a morning of Fitness with Hester, Nutrition with Britt and Pilates with Rachel. Our morning will be topped off with a delicious, homemade, picnic lunch and Pimm’s on the lawn. 

Itinerary:

Our day will start at 10:00am where you will be welcomed with a refreshing drink made with our homemade elderflower cordial.

10:15 We will start the first fitness activity with Hester. This will be a fun and relaxed fitness session suitable for all. 

10:45 Time to take a breather, take in your surroundings and enjoy some healthy homemade treats. Brittany will also then take us through some nutritional Myth busting and lead a Q&A - Get your questions ready!

11: 30 Rachael will take us through a 50 minute Pilates session suitable for all levels.

12:15 - Sit down and enjoy a Picnic Lunch and Pimm’s on the lawn.

14:00 - Event comes to an end 

About Rachael : I am a fully qualified Sports Therapist, having done my degree in Birmingham. I then went to London where I trained in Pilates, teaching classes and 1.1s for 4 years. I then moved to Oxfordshire in 2020 where I have found the perfect spot to My passion for Pilates and open my own studio in Wantage!

About Britt : Nutritionist MSc (ANutr) graduate and qualified personal trainer. I love being outdoors and enjoy joining in team sports (when we’re not in lockdown!). I also enjoy cooking and sharing my healthy recipes!

Fitness, Yoga & Lunch with Hester, Helen & Britt

A day of wellness including fitness with Hester, yoga with Helen and a nutrition workshop with Britt… All followed by a nutritious AND delicious lunch!

Itinerary

Our day will start at 10:00am where you will be welcomed with a refreshing drink made with our homemade elderflower cordial.

At 10:15am we will start the first fitness activity with Hester. This will be a fun and relaxed fitness session suitable for all. 

At 11:00am we will take a breather, enjoy some treats whilst Brittany leads a Nutrition Q&A, have your questions ready! 

Starting at 11.30am Helen will lead you through a 45 minute Hatha yoga stretch. We will begin by warming up the muscles and joints and then move into posture work to improve strength and mobility and end the class with breathing exercises and relaxation to release tension, let go of stress and find balance. This is time to unwind, feel at one with your body and take in the surroundings. 

 

At 12:15 Hester, Nina and Steph will have prepared a delicious and nutritious lunch buffet. Fill your plate and enjoy outdoor lunch after a morning of energising exercise. 

The event will draw to a close at 2pm.

Should a national lockdown take place all guests will be fully refunded or offered an alternative date. In the event of Bad Weather we will reschedule.
